Abstract: The visualiation has influenced in the processes of teaching and learning privileging the understanding of mathematical concepts particularly of the geometry. For its part, aspects that link gender as a social construct, enable learning and construct space to be with others in the classroom. Thus the present article, presents theoretical background on spatial visualization skills and gender in the classroom of mathematics; which will be taken as reference for the establishment of Master work that aims to promote learning trajectories spatial visualization, that not marginalize people by their gender.
