This constitution has brought with it an open scenario for the emergence of research proposals, evidencing the relationship with teaching researchers, students, seed producers, in favor of inter-institutional cooperation. With an eye on the horizon of reality and on the dynamics of the academy towards a learning community, the HEIs maintain their alliance in efforts to link new academic and institutional peers at a glocal level, design and creation of research proposals, the systematization of experiences, the circulation, generation and appropriation of new knowledge about childhood.
