Transcending to the classroom Trascendiendo el Aula Systematization of the experience of Semillero Corpología through two processes experienced and the perceptions of its participants between 2019 and 2021.

Abstract

  In this research article, a systematization of the experience lived in Semillero Corpología is presented, a formative research space in the area of ​​Physical Education, Recreation and Sports, developed between 2019 and 2021 in an inter-institutional alliance between the La Piedad educational institution and the Jaime Isaza Cadavid Polytechnic University Institution.

The general objective was to systematize the experience of the Corpology Seedbed made up of students and teachers from the La Piedad educational institution and the Jaime Isaza Cadavid Polytechnic University Institution between the years 2019-2021, for which the processes experienced in the formative research were described and the perceptions of the lived experience of the actors involved were identified.

The adopted methodology is based on qualitative research and systematization, which allowed critical reflection on the practices and perceptions of the participants to identify improvement actions in the formative research process. A planning matrix, an evaluation matrix and three interview matrices were used to collect the information: teachers, students of the IE La Piedad and students of the Colombian Polytechnic Jaime Isaza Cadavid.

The results revealed key emerging categories in the experience that are Investigative skills, Creative methodology, Meaningful learning, Body, Emotions and feelings, Sharing with the other, and Decision making. It is found that the participants developed investigative skills and obtained significant learning related to their environment. A deep emotional connection and satisfaction in the experience shared with other members of the nursery was evidenced, which suggests a greater openness towards collaborative decision-making.

In conclusion, the systematization of the Corpología Seedbed in the area of Physical Education, Recreation and Sports provides valuable insight into formative research in this field. The results can improve similar educational programs and promote formative research in other academic contexts related to body education.
